How to use Mail Merge in MS WORD
A mail merge is tool that can be used to provide teachers with the ability to create labels, personalized letters, newsletters, student narratives to compliment the report card, and many more. Setting up a mail merge seems difficult, but the steps are simple. Once an excel sheet is completed with information such as parent information, address, student’s name, and much more. The data can be merged into a form letter created by you at anytime during the school year. I use mail merge all the time especially for class assignments. Mail merge significantly reduces the time it takes me to complete administrative duties, which gives me more time to develop my lesson plans.

Study Group Overview and Wrap-Up
Reflection is a common pedagogical practice where students are asked to think about and articulate what they have learned. We often ask our students to reflect on their learning in our class. Your Share-Out wrap up assignment is to create a 1 minute to 3 minute video of what sparked your interest in the Flex Tech Study Group.
